The State Audit Office, as a member of the International Organisation of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI), is highly valued in the EU Eastern Partnership countries, as evidenced by the professional experience of the State Audit Office up to now and actions taken to improve the State Audit Office.

One has already implemented such a training program to build the capacity of the Supreme Audit Institutions of Ukraine and Georgia in the ISSAI integration process. Financing for the implementation of the development cooperation project has been provided from the funds envisaged in the Development Cooperation Policy Plan 2019 administered by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Mr Lupu Marian, President of the Supreme Audit Institution of Moldova, has appreciated the experience and professionalism of the State Audit Office in auditing by stating that such training confirms the result of successful cooperation between the Supreme Audit Institutions once again.
