Since 1994, when the principles of operation of the Port Development Fund were enshrined in the Port Law, the funding sources, objectives and management system of the Fund have undergone significant changes. How useful and for what purposes are the resources of the Port Development Fund spent today and in the recent past? Does the use of funds and the operation of the Fund contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the Fund? To what extent is the visibility of the Fund?
