The state has spent 62 million euros for the maintenance of ICT in 2018, and the expenses continue to increase. There is therefore an urgent need to address the issue on more efficient management of this huge, fragmented among many authorities, but strategically significant area. The audit concluded that ICT governance policy has been lame.
