Working Group on Audit of NextGenerationEU and the European Recovery Fund

The working group aims to improve the audit work of supreme audit institutions on the issues regarding the implementation of NextGenerationEU (NGEU) and the European Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF), including the National Recovery and Resilience Plans (NRRPs).

The working group has been set up as a platform for cooperation among the supreme audit institutions of the Member States of the European Union and the European Court of Auditors to discuss current topics and issues related to the audits of the recovery plan. The exchange of such knowledge and experience contributes not only to increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of audits, but also to a comprehensive assessment of the NGEU and the RRF, which is an important contribution to strengthening accountability and good governance at both national and European level.
